Damaged or Defective Items:
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to provide a replacement copy at no additional cost.Incorrect Orders:
If you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days so we can correct the issue promptly.Returns and Refunds:
Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons other than damage, defect, or order error.
